Offices and coworking spaces recognition means more when it comes from the right place.

DevX has been awarded the 'Coworking Startup of the Year' at the Economic Times Entrepreneur Awards 2026. This is the second consecutive year that DevX has received this honour, and it is one the entire team is deeply grateful for.

The Economic Times Entrepreneur Awards recognises businesses across India that are building with intent, demonstrating consistent growth, and making a real difference in their industries. Being acknowledged by the platform once was significant. Being acknowledged again, a year later, means a great deal to everyone at DevX.

A Recognition That Reflects the Work of an Entire Team

Over the past few years, DevX has built and managed workspaces across twelve cities in India, with a standard that has remained consistent throughout. This is the result of disciplined systems, a strong focus on design, and an honest commitment to delivering quality at scale.

The first win acknowledged what DevX was building. The second confirms that the consistency DevX has built internally is visible from the outside too.

About DevX

DevX was founded in 2017 on a belief that the workplace had far more potential than it was living up to. That businesses deserve offices which could adapt to how modern teams actually work, collaborate, and grow. That coworking, done right, could be more than shared desks and common areas. It could be a genuine driver of productivity, community, and professional growth.

What DevX built in response was a fully managed model that brings together the energy of coworking with the rigour of enterprise-grade operations. From identifying the right location and designing the space, to building it out to a client's brief and managing it every single day after they move in, DevX takes ownership of the entire experience so that the businesses inside its spaces never have to.

Today, DevX manages over 1.5 million square feet of premium workspace across 12 cities, supporting more than 250 enterprises and 12,000 professionals. The clients include global companies, Indian enterprises, and startups finding their ground. What they share is the same need: an office that works the way their business works, without asking them to figure out how to run it.

What the Industry Is Telling Us

The managed office model in India is still in its early chapters. Enterprises are moving in this direction at a pace that would have been hard to predict even three years ago. Global companies setting up or expanding in India are choosing partners who can deliver a consistent, premium experience across locations rather than negotiating leases city by city. The demand is growing every year.

What is also growing is the understanding that the office communicates something before a single word is spoken. Employees read it as a reflection of the company they have joined. Clients read it as a measure of the partner across the table. Leadership, whether they intend it or not, reveal through it what they truly believe about their people.

DevX is building for that understanding. For a version of this industry where workspaces are chosen with the same care that companies bring to every other important business decision and managed with the same standard they hold everything else to.

A Word from Leadership

“This recognition, especially for the second year in a row, means a lot to us. At DevX, we have always believed that workspaces should do more than just provide infrastructure. They should enable businesses to function better, grow faster, and build strong teams.
Over the years, we have stayed focused on getting the fundamentals right. Design, execution, and consistency at scale. This award is really a reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the effort our team puts in every single day.
We are grateful for that, and we are committed to continuing to build with the same clarity and discipline as we grow.”

A Big Thank You!

DevX is thankful to the Economic Times for this recognition, and for the platform it provides to businesses that are building with intention across India. Awards like this do more than celebrate individual companies. They raise the standard of what the industry should look like, and they remind companies like ours why the work matters.

We would also like to thank our clients, who trust us with their workplaces and growth, and to our partners who continue to build alongside us, we are deeply grateful.

And atlast, to our DevX Team, who has been part of our journey, thank you for believing in what we are building.

This award is a moment worth appreciating. What comes after is to build something that continues to lead, year after year.
