Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and technically proficient Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage our recruitment efforts across the DevX group of companies. This person will be responsible for driving and overseeing the recruitment strategy, ensuring the right talent is sourced, and optimizing recruitment processes across diverse profiles — from co-working operations and design to tech development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team Talent Acquisition specialists, overseeing recruitment processes and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies, tailored to meet the unique requirements of the DevX group of companies.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including role definition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
  • Focus on sourcing and hiring for key profiles with a deep understanding of niche markets, such as engineering, design, operations, and senior management roles.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making to continually assess and optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Build partnerships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent networks, ensuring proactive and diversified sourcing.
  • Own and manage relationships with key hiring platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant tools, ensuring maximum usage and efficiency.
  • Lead recruitment for high-priority, senior, or niche roles, acting as a key contributor to the recruitment pipeline.
  • Continuously improve talent acquisition processes by applying insights from analytics, market trends, and best practices.
  • Promote and maintain a strong employer brand in the industry, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
  • Forecast hiring needs and assist with long-term recruitment planning in alignment with business growth, especially as the team grows to support GCC clients.
  • Manage recruitment for future offshore and GCC needs, creating a scalable and sustainable model for global talent acquisition.
  • Report on key hiring metrics, time-to-hire, and sourcing effectiveness to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience managing a team of 4–5 recruiters.
