ABOUT JOB ROLE

AGM Sales

The AGM Sales will own complete revenue performance for their assigned zone. The role involves enterprise client acquisition, broker relationship management, pricing negotiations, pipeline discipline, and deal closures. The candidate will be responsible for driving sustained revenue growth, maintaining a strong pipeline, managing cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring structured sales operations within the zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Ownership & P&L

• Own annual revenue performance for the assigned zone
• Deliver consistent monthly and quarterly revenue outcomes
• Maintain strong pipeline coverage
• Manage overall sales performance within the zone

Client Acquisition & Conversion

• Drive enterprise and SMB client acquisition
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual client meetings
• Maintain strong conversion across the sales pipeline
• Manage overall sales cycle from lead to closure

Broker Ecosystem Management

• Build and manage an active broker network
• Ensure balanced contribution from broker and direct channels
• Maintain strong relationships with IPCs and DPCs

Deal Structuring & Negotiation

• Lead proposal generation and pricing discussions
• Approve discounts within defined frameworks
• Negotiate commercial and contract terms
• Drive healthy deal sizes across the portfolio

 

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Track competitor pricing and expansion activity
• Identify opportunities across micro-markets
• Recommend pricing and positioning strategies
• Align with supply team on expansion planning

 

Cross-Selling & Client Retention

• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
• Expand client footprint across centres and services
• Ensure strong and long-term client relationships

 

Key Skills Required

• 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
• Mandatory: Commercial real estate leasing background
• Strong track record of revenue generation
• Strong corporate and broker network
• Expertise in negotiation and commercial structuring
• Strong understanding of P&L and business performance
