We are hiring a UX/UI Designer who thrives in challenging product environments and enjoys solving complex design problems. You will design experiences across full-scale ERP systems and SaaS platforms, balancing usability, scalability, and visual precision. This role is for designers who think in systems rather than isolated screens and who are comfortable moving between product design and brand-driven visual work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UX/UI for multi-module SaaS and ERP products.
• Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys and intuitive interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and pattern libraries.
• Apply user behavior principles to improve usability, adoption, and task efficiency.
• Design responsive interfaces across desktop and web platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in fast iteration cycles.
• Design website pages, landing pages, and marketing-oriented digital experiences.
• Create social media posts, campaign creatives, and visual materials aligned with brand identity.
• Use micro-interactions and basic animations to improve onboarding and user guidance.
• Contribute to visual storytelling that bridges product design and brand communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Worked on at least 2–3 complete SaaS products with 5+ modules.
• Strong foundation in UX principles, design theory, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and interaction design.
• Deep understanding of user behavior, usability patterns, and user-centric design thinking.
• Experience designing dashboards, workflows, and data-heavy enterprise interfaces.
• Figma expertise is mandatory; experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, After Effects, or similar is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design systems.
• Experience creating social media creatives, website visuals, and digital branding assets.
• Basic understanding of motion design, micro-interactions, and simple logo animation concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and understand design handoff processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with design systems in SaaS or ERP environments.
• Experience in social content creation and visual storytelling for digital channels.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability testing methods.
• Exposure to analytics-driven design decisions and iterative experimentation.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry or similar operationally complex domains.
