We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting. The role involves analysing financial data, preparing dashboards and MIS reports, tracking key KPIs, and assisting in strategic decision-making through cost analysis, cashflow monitoring, and scenario-based modelling. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel-based analytical skills, experience working with financial data, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver accurate and insightful financial reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Build and maintain financial models for cost analysis, pricing, andstrategic planning
• Apply techniques such as financial statement analysis, discountedcash flow (DCF), and sensitivity analysis to support business and investmentdecisions
• Support development and automation of MIS reports and dashboardsusing tools like Excel and Power BI
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics (KPIs) to evaluatebusiness performance
• Assist in cash flow analysis, working capital tracking, and regularreporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect financial and operationaldata
• Maintain organized financial documentation, models, and records for internal reviews and audits

Qualifications and Experience

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, orbusiness finance
• Strong academic foundation with an eagerness to learn and grow in the finance domain

Skills &Competencies

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting (Excel-based, including DCF and scenario analysis)
• Financial Analysis & Reporting with excellent attention todetail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
• Experience with tools like Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems (preferred)
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and datainterpretation
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams
