Client Relationship Manager Rajkot
The Client Relationship Manager ensures a smooth experience for our clients from the start of their project through to the final handover. This role is critical in overseeing project coordination, managing internal and external communication, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
● Lead and manage CRM executives handling multiple projects.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through out their project lifecycle.
● Ensure timely coordination between internal teams (Design, Execution, Commercial, Sales).
● Resolve escalations effectively and maintain high service standards.
● Ensure projects are progressing as per committed timelines and deliverables.
● Report project health, client concerns, and milestones to leadership regularly.
Key Skills Required
● 5–7 years of experience in client relationship/project management.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving ability.
● Familiarity with project workflows in interiors/design & build industry.
● Comfortable with reporting tools and client-facing documentation
